FB bug during appeal process workaround needed

Hi,

it seems that I have a bug in FB. I want to appeal a BM and had to confirm a phone number via sms. After that I got the message which you can see in the picture. FB asks me to enter an email address but no input field appears and when I click on "Send Login Code" nothing happens. It doesn't send anything anywhere. Does anybody know how to fix that issue?

Try shutting down your browser and restarting it

I'm still in the warm up phase of that account. Just have had 4-5 usual page posts with less than 20 USD spent. I definitely did not break any rules. I'm wondering if my proxy is the problem.
 
Try waiting for a time period and try again later, it may solve the problem or If you are using a web browser, try clearing cache and cookies and try again.

Have you tried checking the profile registration email used to create BM? Or email to register for BM, because when registering for BM, you are always asked to fill in your email
 
Firstly, refresh. If that doesn't work, use another browser or clear your browser's cache and cookies.
