FB BOT for personal use: Like Posts, get exposed

Hi all,
i'm looking for a bot for personal use, for self promotion.
I want it to do basic stuff:
Like the top/last posts of my friend list/ ID list i scrape.

Also, wanted to know are there any good ways to get more exposure to my profile page?
Probably like non-friend posts is the most basic option. Are there any other methods that do not need active engagement from my side?
