FB BM+Profile Ban [Questions]

As my BM + profile are permanently restricted I got 2 questions. I just bought an account with BM from a real user and plan to use a residential oxylab proxy + MLA. But I need some clarification on some other parts:

1. Is it really enough to just change the Domain (+rebrand) or do you need a whole new shopify account?

2. Anyone here uses Revolut successfully (or similar services where you can create multiple VCC)? (Im planning to use it but the billing adress and name on the card is the same)

The profiles I bought are Mexican ones and my Revolut cards have a German billing adress. Could this lead to problems?

If you add a card in BM (not for just the ad account it should be OK).
