Fb asking for id verification to continue posting on marketplace

Hi

i have a fb profile that is out of usa and for some reason i can post in usa. Today i posted like 6 ads and after a few hours later fb is asking me for id verification ie gov id
Now i have a government issue id that matches my profile but it is not about my location. So should i upload my govt id or just pause my marketplace activity and use other accounts

If your government ID matches your profile, go ahead and upload it so you can keep posting. If you’d rather not share it, pause your activity and use another account.

The ad may caused this issue and marked spam like behavior or did you try selling anything against marketplace or restricted items?

Hey, I’d say don’t risk uploading an ID that doesn’t match your location if you’re worried about account issues. Facebook is pretty strict and can flag accounts if things don’t line up.
Better to pause the ads for now and maybe use other accounts that are less risky. Uploading a mismatched ID might lead to longer bans or even account shutdown. Keep it low-key and safe.
 
Yeah I’d avoid using your main if there’s any risk tied to the activity. Even if the name matches, location mismatch can still trigger review loops later, especially if you're posting outside your native GEO. I’ve seen cases where accounts passed ID check but got flagged again after another post. Safer to run stuff like this on aged backups with matching GEO fingerprints. You using proxy or real mobile setup with that profile?

If you want to continue selling you need to verify,
 
Certain aged accounts seem to not get asked for ID as much. You gotta test some providers

update
everything is back to normal now. I checked again and it looks that fb said that i had to verify my account only i wanted to continue working on a particular marketplace lisitng.
I had a spare account and i tried that, i can easily post like 5 to 7 ads a day, so will be using that one in future

But now the problem is that i have like 550 clicks on my listings and not a single response to any of my listings
i am thinking about giving up, it looks like a waste of time, those were pay per call offers btw.
