I'm currently working on traffic arbitrage with faceboook + display ads and all is going well. I joined to find ways and prove the great minds of BHW so I can gain insights on how to scale top performing ads... bid cap and cost per goal haven't seem to allow for this, and the default highest volume increases our cost per result, lowering our ROI.
