FB Apps monetization.

Hello,

How are you guys monetizing you FB apps? I have a LSM account and my account manager told me that they don't pay CPM, the pay cost per influence. How much are guys earning with each click on LSM?

And I have another question, that is, how are you integrating ******* with fb apps?

It would be great if experts of BHW can PM me some fb apps.
