FB Applications Dont Send Update to the members .. what is the Problem

what is the problem with facebook applications

when i try to send update to all members it appear as it was sent but no messages appear in the inbox on the members

in appreviation : The Messages if the Update Dont go or not recieved by the members ..

soo what can i doo .. please help me please

What is the GraphAPI returning to your queries/API calls? Your app might be rate limited depending on how many API calls you're making per day. Use admin.getAllocation with the old Legacy REST API to monitor your app request limits.
