FB Application invites

How many invites can you send daily (not through the page - I mean the actual app where you get the javascript pop-up and can tick your friends)

I'm only allowed 12 at a time on my app but I can do that 2-3 times per acc per day.

How would I raise this limit as i've heard and seen it can be raised. E.g. on zynga apps its 24 (i think).

Also what is considered a viral app? I've got 300 users in 24 hours.

Max is 24 (Zynga etc). The amount of invites depends on the stats of the apps. The more users + low rejection rates + low spam reports etc all add up to how many you can invite. I'm not sure of the exact metrics, but as you grow you will be able to invite more. Best place to find out would be the facebook developer forums.

Ah ok thanks alot. And is 330 users a superior amount for the first 24 hours of launch or is it just average.

I think 300 is a good start, did you have any prepromotion, like a fan page or anything?

I seem to get that as an average daily and thats with doing bit of spam of the groups too, but I reckon once get approved should increase.

Nope not submitted yet. With my previous apps about 2 months ago they were pretty much instant (a day or 2 max)

I'm up to 600 users and made about $40 which is pretty good. I haven't really got any FBML on my application page but once I get my hands on a decent FBML code then I'll get started right away.

At the moment I just spam pages. I've done some manually but then I get bored. I can't really afford a wall poster but I know some people who work for peanuts so I might hire them. Either that or I need to get some quality trades - should be easy since I'm in the facebook gaming niche - farmville etc. Thats the only promotion i've done. Did a bit of wall spamming too but it's too easy to get banned so i've stopped. Considering I only have 1 account with 1.2k friends I think i've done pretty well.

Know any other good methods to promote apps?

Also can you sell apps with an existing user base. Say I have 40k users would I be able to sell the API set (with no actual application). If so do you know the prices?

Also mines just a simple PHP app, i'm guessing yours is in flash. Would I be able to take a look and if you don't mind - how much did it cost?

Sorry for all the questions but i've only just started taking fb apps seriously.
