fb app problem - can pay for fix

Hi guys!
I have got a problem with my fb app. When i try to access it i get an error:
API Error Code: 191
API Error Description: The specified URL is not owned by the application
Error Message: redirect_uri isn't an absolute URI. Check RFC 3986.

Anyone have any idea how to fix it? I can pay few bucks.

It didn't helped, still same problem. Meaby im doing something wrong. Is there anyone who will look at it for few bucks?
