FB App Development

I tried posting under the hire a freelancer section and using the search but I still have not found someone who can develop facebook apps! I know there's someone on BHW that can do this and I realize this isn't the right section to post under, but if you can point me in the right direction or refer me to someone/thread that'd be great.
