What is your F**king problem? Did I ask to tell me your campaigns?

The question is simple and if you idiot didn't understand the question, WTF you want to answer this thread.

Hey blackjack, don't mind the idiot where are a bunch of those lurking around here. Gotta keep the bug mask on at all times, like of like a good mosquito net.

That said: Yes I have had some success. As for which niches work? ANY. Seriously ...

Well, any that they will approve of.

Assuming you don't try to market anything illegal nor immoral they will approve your ad as long as you follow a few simple rules:

  • Read their best practices page, VERY VERY useful when making 'proper' ads
  • Read the ads TOS thingy. It's short, but useful.
  • NEVER EVER Send any one DIRECTLY to your website (directly to a fan page is OK).
So, on the last point:

Make a sandwich page. NOT a squeeze page, but a sandwich page.

What is a sandwich page you ask? It's a page that sits between the AD and your page and acts as a nice little buffer so that FB will approve your AD.

What's on the sammich page? Simple template (html/css) and some text. Don't put anything else on there except for some text that explains your page/product/you/affiliate/something remotely related to your page/something useful .... AND (this is important) a simple link (or button) that says something like:

"Click here to continue to XYZ" or "Click here to read more about my awesome BHW method which will get you a BAJILLION Babies and monies and babes! WOOT!"

... you get the point.

Other than that: I've had decent success with it. Don't mess up your ads too much or you run the risk of them banning your ad account. Which would suck.

My account it still ok. I get anywhere between $0.01 and $0.03 per click, assuming I do PPC or about $.05 to $0.23 when I do CPM (depends on who I'm targeting).

Just target the right people ... DON'T go for massive traffic. FB ads are made for highly targeted traffic, which will bring you plenty of traffic, so it's ok if it goes slow. If it does, SPLIT test!

Hope that helps!

Thanks for detailed reply. Just to understand sandwich page....

Can sandwish page be external page? Or does it need to be on FB fan page?

I am more into affiliate marketing rathe than my own products.

Thanks

ive tested buying ads on fb under the cpm option.. i was promoting people to join my page. it was more for fun since it was a gift certificate from fb but i can tell you that targeting is important. knowing your market is the best way to keep your option down if you choose cpc.

I have used it for one client and had good results. It works well if your target audience is to be younger, vein individuals.

I am really not success with FB advertising. coz its slow option for advertising. sorry

Well there was definitely no need for that kind of reply!! That is disgraceful, you should apologise for that!

Well the good thing about Facebook is that you can buy extremely targeted traffic. If you are selling something, make sure you choose you target population correctly. Facebook works exceptionally good if your products aims at youngsters, like people between 18-25.

Stuff like chocolates, stuff toys, gifts etc. work great. Personal experience :)

This is too fucking funny...the noobs have officially taken over BHW...the OP asked if anyone was having success on FB ads and if so which niches are performing well?...That is essentially asking for someones WHOLE CAMPAIGN DAMMIT!!!...the second poster was not wrong in his sarcastic post...but then the subsequent noobs jump down his throat because they dont understand that if a person says im having success on fb and im in this particular niche (or whatever) every god damn person will now be advertising the aformentioned niche thus fucking it up for those that are making bank with it...but then the SUPER FUNNY shit is...root kat explained how how he is getting ads approved on fb (NOT THE NICHE HE'S IN MIND YOU) and all the doof balls are singing his praises (nothing against you root kat...u were definitely helpful) not realizing he still did not give the OP his niche...this board is becoming too funny!!

@onkelmicha:

The OP asked a sincere, simple question. If you can't answer
his question in a rational, business-like manner, then stay
off from this thread. We don't need attitudes like yours. :(

Thank You - "Wiz"
