Is there any tool, website or software to get a list of facebook advertisers and listed contact number, filtered on country level?

Hey, those seems to be fb marketing partners or vendors. Not exactly what I'm looking for.

I'm looking for a list of local businesses that are advertising on fb, on country level.

Not sure if this is possible but wanted to check.
