for example, if you spent $100,000 across 5 different ad accounts last month, and each account has a $1,000 billing threshold, you'd normally be charged 100 times that month as your accounts hit their billing threshold. With Invoicing, you'd instead get one invoice for each account (5 in total). You have 30 days to pay the invoices by their due date.

Not sure if I follow. Give me an example.

There are accounts with the maximum trust from Facebook. In which there are almost no limits. If you buy such an account, then you will not have problems with spinning large amounts.
