FB Ads vs. Native Ads - Tier 1 CPC ?

Have you been able to achieve 0.1-0.2$ for Tier 1 countries, CA/US/UK and where it was easier - on FB ads or on some native ads platforms?

I was able to get 0.08$ for UK/CA on FB Ads in 2017 but as i see nowadays it is not worth to work with FB
