FB ads rejected - white hat ads - completely bizzare situation

HI all,

I've spent the last week or so trying to figure out this situation.

I was running ads for a camera accessory product, basic video creatives showing the product being used. It's our branded product.

I was testing other home decor type products and some video creatives got rejected.

After this, one or 2 of camera product ads randomly got rejected (they were running smoothly for 2-3 weeks). Then the ad account got disabled for having rejected ads.

All the reasons say "unacceptable business practices" even though the simple video ads do not break any policies.


For the camera accessory, i tried new BM, new ad acc, new profile, new pixel, changed domain URL. Ads are instantly rejected.


Is there anything else I can do? Other should i accept this product cannot be advertised and move on.

I've never had any experience like this with FB ads...

Appreciate any help

maybe the platform thinks your product is infringing on someone else's brand.now all platforms have become very strict, even without warning
 
Recently Facebook scans personal accounts quite a lot, you can try using BM account
 
Facebook these days would rather kill someone by mistake than miss it, so I think Facebook is being very stupid

thanks for the reply, may i ask what makes you say that? You talking about rejected ads being common these days? My brand is basically dead right now because FB traffic is where we get most our results...
 
There might be something in your ad creatives, landing pages, or business information that is subtly violating Facebook's policies.
 
Ad Content: Make sure your ad content doesn’t violate any rules about honesty, security, or privacy. Even if your video doesn’t appear to violate any policies, there may be issues with the content or presentation.

Image and Video Review: Make sure your images and videos don’t contain content that is offensive, misleading, or otherwise inconsistent with Facebook’s advertising standards.
 
Appeal the rejection with Facebook support, tweak your creatives slightly, or consider moving on to avoid further issues
 
Ok so this has happened to a client of mine. Here's how we solved it. Completely Whitehat ads too.
Apparently fb doesn't like it if we put Today or Free Shipping or any numerical numbers like price /%off etc in the headline.
We had to remove all of that and the ads all gotten approved right after fixing those and appealing.
Try that out maybe.
 
FB is strict as hell nowadays...try moving on to TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, Snapchat Ads, etc
 
i think your accounts are quite new so they are very weak, very easy to get banned, use a stronger account

They are trying to stop people from getting rich. You need have multiple BM and run ads multiple ways.

In my opinion, camera accessories are not products that violate Facebook's policies. I think you should send feedback to Facebook about the reason for blocking your account so that they can come up with a better next plan for evaluating the product.

As you said, I find it very unreasonable, but if you want to know the reason why, you have to watch it directly, it will be clearer through the story.
