Fb ads- reading results

Hello everyone,
i’m trying to understand the data collected from my campaigns.

i’d like to focus the adspend only on what works and was looking where my ads were shown for specific conversions.

when I go to charts->placements I can see the reach but the conversions are placed in a different tab called “uncategorized” which is not the usual insta/fb.

Also, is there any way I can see where the conversionis coming from in terms of placement ( fb story, insta ads, fb feed?)

FB regularly updates a lot of new things..

That's the delivery view, you need to breakdown your report to Placements & Device in order to see the Impression & Clicks etc. from the according placements...
Also make sure that you've setup your Pixel and webevents for the AEM
Additional UTM parameters are highly recommended

Tried everything. Creative reporting, analytics, charts. Everywhere the purchases show as uncategorised or don’t show when I break it up by placement.

Did you optimized the delivery with your purchase event? and if so, did you configured your web events properly for the AEM?

Yes and yes. However, conversions happened before the ios14 upgrade. I still receive events via the pixels, not AEM.

i did contact support and like always, they’re absolutely useless no matter what you’re asking them.
