If i sell a product relating to the party niche basically selling beer chuggers, beer bongs etc is it against FB's TOS to advertise a video of people doing this?

I coudn't find it in their guidelines but don't want to risk being banned or restricted.

in start Facebook charge you high impression rate , once facebook will understand the demand of your product , it will start targeting more specific people.

Everything is possible to advertise if you know how to manipulate the algo. I've friends who even do cannabis ads through facebook. I believe you just need to test variety of sets to see what and how it will work.
