Just recently started using FB ads for targeted likes, can anybody else using FB ads give their tips on what price to set for price per like? Is it best to use the recommended figure given by FB or can you go ridiculously low to $0.01/like?

Set it at what FB suggests or 10 cents more than the suggested CPC. This is the maximum cost you are willing to pay per click and if your campaign is good enough you will reach $0.01/click what ever your maximum bid might be.

The formulae is as follows:

Ridiculously great and targetted custom audience + Ridiculously triggering Ad + CPM = 10-20cent and lower clicks all day.

Learn to use the api or build the custom audience with software for such or your followers/lists and use a great designer for the ads, followed up with a copywriter that does well on triggering words. Do at least 5 ads, more the better to a/b test, whichever performs the best run as you test another split test. Retarget and recycle the list. Boom you've got an active cheap traffic channel of people you can monetize with. Regards.

I read a other post that discussed how you can get likes from ads as low as 1 cent. I have never tried this, but the site was legit and had several comments so the method seemed real enough.
