Hello everybody, I've been playing around with Facebook ads and I'm having a problem I hope you can help me solve.

so, I started a campaign with 5 ads. All ads are newsfeed ads for the same link and different images and I use oCPM.

My problem is that the first ad that got approved is running normally, the second ad that got approved is running slower and the other ads are almost inactive (20-40 reach).

Can someone tell why is this happening and how can I get the other ads to run normally.

thank you.

thats how FB's ad algo does it...if you want the other ads to get impressions you have to pause the ones that are running...there is no way to split test equally on FB with oCPM

Yeah I have noticed this. It's a reet pain.

How Facebook decide to show one ad over the other with less than 50 reach data boggles me.

Exactly the same ad, different images, but one gets 100x more than all the others.. ha.

Oh well still works :)

Hi.

I make on facebook one ad,I pay 5$ from my card to boost one post but still facebook don't take that 5$ from my payoneer card.
Please tell me what to do and what could happened.

Thanks

You need to get your view frequency up and that will ensure a lower cost per click.

Add me on Skype if you need help

So if I use CPC the ads will run fine?

Use CPC? Its not a use. Its the measurement of cost per click. LLowering the CPC is a result of knowing how to target demographics properly.

set your bid really high, set it at 1$ you will never pay that much but facebook will send your ad out first before other ppl, I would always suggest using manual or (cpc) instead of letting facebook auto optimize. once it runs you can turn it down if you like, I always just leave mine and I always pay under .10 a click.

I commend you on your good post. This is some valuable info kiddies, absorb it.

Only the Ad with the best performance in a campaign will continue running, no matter the number of ads or the bidding type (CPM, oCPM or CPC). If you want to run the other ads you will have to set them up under different campaigns.
