More of our customers tend to change to FB ads from Google. I am not sure if is a common trend.

I don't think it's a trend. Customers always aim to do what benefits them the most. Their shift from Google advertising to Facebook may be because their product niche isn't converting as well as desired on Google. Consequently, they are contemplating running Facebook ads to explore new opportunities.

This totally depends on the product or service you would like to promote.

Do you mind sharing it?

The transition from Google ads to Facebook ads may reflect an adjustment of businesses' marketing strategies based on experience and performance gains. More importantly, I find it easier to run BH products on FB than Google, because Google is tighter than FB.

both platform has their own benefits of running the ads depends on what kind of product you wanna run
Also google has charges more than the Fb ads so that also can be one reason

It depends on your goals:
  • Use Facebook Ads for targeted audience engagement and brand awareness.
  • Use Google Ads for capturing users actively searching for specific products or services.

You have to analyze your audience. It depends on product to product.

Depends on niche but I would definitely test both then see where I get better conversion.

It also depends on the product you run. For BH products, I find Facebook runs better

Due to the product and the effectiveness it brings at each time. Maybe the Facebook market is saturated right now so they want to experience Google

Facebook ads are easier to get approved than GG

It depends on the business goals, target audience, and product or service. Each has their strength and weaknesses.

Advertising costs can vary between platforms. If the cost per click or conversion is more favorable on Facebook for the company's industry or target audience, it might be a cost-effective decision to shift the advertising budget.
