fb ads on sweden?!

Weird shit is happening, I set the campaign and everything, get approved, but the ads are not starting at all. But if I create a similar add, editing only the Delivery, from PEG-IMP to DUR (daily unique reach) it starts on a few minutes!
My PEG/IMP ads are not starting for 3 days, this morning I created a new DUR one, started to send traffic almost instantly.

Anyone got this problem?

The same think happen to me until i contact them , but they tell me That every thing is right.
So I changed time on fb ads to rest my account as new one after that ads start get some reach

Note : If you change Time zone on facebook ads you will have new account but your oldest still but not working

You want it to work in sweden
