FB ADS - How to improve CTR?

Hi everyone,

I've been testing facebook ads the last couple of months (I've already opened a few threads with questions and problems) and I'm having great results. I'm getting a nice 300%-400% ROI and I know it can get better that is why I have a few questions.

I hope someone can answer and help me improve.

1. For News Feed Ads are your gost posts a Website URL, an Image or you are testing both?

2. For News Feed Ads are you using relevant images or non-relevant images that get more attention?

3. When you are using non-relevant images which have better CTR is your cost per conversion cheaper?

4. What is your average CTR for News Feed Ads that get conversions? Please do not post CTR for viral images that get many visitors but not converting.

5. Are you using call to action buttons in the image?

6. Are you using Facebook's call to action buttons?

I'm asking all these because I really want to improve my CTR. My targeting is perfect (I know it because of the conversions) but my average CTR is 0,80%.

I have tried everything. Borders, angry people, happy people, sexy people, animals, funny images, images with call to action, images without call to action and every tip I've read online but nothing works especially for Website URL News Feed Ads.

I managed to get 3+ CTR with Image Post News Feed Ads but most clicks were on the image so I ended up paying more per conversion than my 0,7 CTR ads.

If someone can answer or give advice I'd be gratefull.

Thanks.
