FB ADS HELP

hy i am frenkki i am in selling kamagra on fb ads, i have a problem on running ads on my spy ads account i put ad and it is aproved but 0 reach?? is there any guide on stealth fb ads?? i dont care if i get banned i put ad and in 1 or 2 days i get orders and that is that, i can have another account every week but now i have a problem, ad is approwed but it doestn reach?? If i get usa fb account can i use entropay registered from croatia on fb ads? will they now is my entropay from croatia?
