I am looking to run an ad on FB for people on there Birthday is this still an option??

I tried targeting few of my friends. But my add's din't got approved. There was no offensive content or picture. FB don't allow individual targeting or targeting small group of people with no intention of business.

Well they use to offer the b day target and it didn't get rejected I can just not find the option.

"Switch to broad category targeting"
Under "Events" there's "has birthday in <1 week"
