What's the best way to boost your feedback score early on?
Last week I finally was given the feedback score for my new store and in an attempt to boost it from 1.5 I sent out a mass email to customers and it dropped to 1.1.
Why? I sell hygiene products that cannot be returned and some customers damaged the product as they did not follow instructions.
I've now realised that to keep away the negative feedback you can never say "No" to a customer but my ROAS has dropped from 5 to barely 2.
I've tried to flip things around and have changed the policies and customer service to a point that if you are not happy you will get an instant refund plus if you leave feedback a free replacement.
The issue is that the happy customers who I have contacted don't even see the ad under /ads/activity and cannot give positive feedback...
I've heard that you can just make a new page and other things but is there anyone who has actually done this and can confirm?
I know there are all kinds of grey/ black methods out there but I have a genuinely good product and looking to do honest long-term business. Just thinking it would be a shame if there was no way to turn things around and start fresh.
I've also tried the review but an automatic No came an hour later from their AI systems.
