FB Ads cloaking IP question

Just want to be sure, for FB ads and cloaking, I need a residential ip from the same country as my ad account and credit card right? Anything else on this I need to look out for?

I'm guessing AWS EC2 will not work?

Also will services like luminati and other mainstream VPS services like them ban me for running cloaked ads to casinos?

They SHOULD be fine i know alot of people running here but bear in mind it is a pool of addresses, send your details we can talk

Sorry I meant it in the context of speaking externally since Im not always on this, but ill watch thread if you decide talking here is a better option

AWS works fine as long as you farmed you account from the same instance.
