FB ads can't chose region (page hangs)

Hi, I have a weird issue with FB ads, not sure what to do. I never used FB ads before though.
I am trying to do a simple ad to promote FB page. But when I edit their default US region there is an issue.
I am selecting for example Europe - region and then some spinner shows up and page just hangs - nothing happens then and browser suggests to kill the page.
Tried it in chrome and firefox, same issue.
I heard there is some new design that exists for FB, maybe there is no issue in it, but for me it's not available.

Ok, I used a mobile app for that... I think mods can remove this thread now.
