Don't understand why you need to wait before starting a campaign. And what thing do you wait for? If you have a Facebook account and want to run a campaign, just do it.

Hello! The only thing you have to be wary about when making FB ad campaigns is that you follow their guidelines in terms of allowed content and graphics and not violate any of their rules. Whenever you have a good idea for a good product or service ad, you are eligible to advertise it on FB, there is no time-frame for this.
