FB Ads: Best way to target a certain niche

I am currently creating a facebook ad for my SME where i present my newly done website. I would like to advertise/target it to people who work in private equity to find possible investors. Do you have any idea what the best way would be to do that?

People who work in private equity is very very tiny fraction of FB users.

Better find those people on LinkedIn and make personal connection and present them your case.
