Fb ads approves on limited paypal? when using a coupon?

hello there,
i have an fb ads coupon. we still need to connect the paypal for ad approval. is it possible to approve the ad with limited paypal? and will there be any problem if fb name is different than the name in paypal?

If the paypal account has been limited/suspended, then paypal itself will not allow you to link your paypal account with facebook.

No problem. But account name on both sites should be the same, so as not raise suspicion.
