FB Ads account time zone

Hei,

I have a business manager and have created 5 ads accounts (max allowed).
Now I would need to change the timezone of 1 of the accounts. How can I do that?
I understand that can't change the timezone of an active account, so would need to close it down and open another one. Unfortunately I tried that - deactivated one of them. Still can't create a new ads account.

Can anyone advise me on how to change the time zone or properly delete one of them so I can create another?

Unfortunately ad accounts that are closed, are still remain in the same business manager. You can’ t remove ad accounts from BM. If you want more ad accounts, you can contact the support, but every ad account in your BM needs to spent money, may not have any outstanding balance and no policy violations.

So no way to delete an existing ad account?

Unfortunately, not. But you should be able to create another BM.
Just for curiosity, why you need so many Ad Accounts? Are you an Agency?

Piece of advise, if you need to change the timezone to an account in order to serve ads in another country, when targeting Facebook takes into account the timezone the country being targeted is in, so it won't serve your all ads at like 2am even though you're in another timezone, so the timezone of the ad account doesn't matter much.

@BigCashAds depends on what your intention is. If it’s all about delivery, then you right. But if you’re advertise for a client from another timezone, you will probably need an invoice in the corresponding currency.

Thanks for the feedback!
I created all the 5 accounts when I created the business manager just in case 1 account gets disabled, so I have some spares. Can't create new accounts once 1 of your ad accounts is suspended.

The reason I wanted to change time zones is I am promoting ClickBank products there and would be nice to have FB ads and Clickbank reporting be on the same time zone for an easier overview.

There is no way to change the time zone when you have completed the creation of the advertising account. I think it's not necessary about the time zone issue

if you can verify your business then you can create 30 advertising accounts! Currently the FB is restricting you to create an account on Bm and force you to confirm the payment method
