You should creat BM by Instagram,alomost limit 350

Fb pays more attention for the activities of the accounts of developed countries. As developed countries imposed hard restrictions on it.

Where fb did business in Bangladesh without paying any tax or vat till 2019.

Yes. You are right! Part of accounts are half-limited or unlimited even before you started to run the first ad. However, for a limited $50 account, it will take about 3 weeks to become half-limited.
