Hey guys,

I am looking at doing my first attempt at FB ads and CPA in the mobile gaming niche. I have read the Facebook advertising guidelines and checked the prohibited content, but I am still unsure whether this setup would be accepted as is or if I need a cloaker.

I want to check if you think this would be accepted before I invest further time in designing the ads etc.

FB carousel ads with gameplay images from known mobile games, target audience mobile traffic 13-18 years olds:
-> Gaming website with information, photos, video trailers and gameplay videos
-> Each game has a "Download here" button
-> Button leads to pin submit CPA offer for each game (weekly phone subscription service e.g. pay X per week to receive X mobile game)

Do you think this would work? Would there be some copyright issues with using the trademarks of the known games on the site itself (not the ads)? The pin submit offers advertise the same games or similar ones, but I am not sure really about their content..

Thanks in advance.

Edit. just found some more info and believe this would fall under "subscription services" so it could be only advertised to +18 year olds. Also according to the TOS there should be clear mentions of the costs of the subscriptions service etc.. however, since it's not my site selling anything are these necessary on my site? As they are very clearly informed on the CPA offers themselves.

they are kinda sketch on aff landing pages and you would need to be sure there are no popups or exit popups as they do not like them

You should try with landing page related the game and put some action button there with your CPA offer. Hope it works without cloaking.
