FB Ad - Please Help

I have been trying to tweak my ad so the CTR would go up so I modified a few things. It got declined and I have no idea how to resubmit it. Usually there is a little pencil I can click however that is gone and there seems to be no way to edit to change the URL. Please help me out.

"The content of your ad or Sponsored Story does not adequately reflect the product or service advertised. Before resubmitting it, please visit our Help Center for additional information and examples compliant with our Advertising Guidelines."

Thanks, I actually did that after posting. I was worried about my $50 credit but I guess it goes towards all ads.
