FB ad cloaking

Hi, I am building a FB ad campaign for cannabis dispensaries and wonder if any of you who have done this can offer some advice.

1. What payment methods are good to use and can you recommend where to find them (please don't try to sell to me yet).
2. Is it easy for FB to discover cloaking?
3. Do you find JS forwarding is enough? Or do you try to use .htaccess forwarding too.

Just get Agency Ad Account if you gonna spend a ton on that offer. I was running crypto offers and had no problems doing it with that account. Wasn't getting banned for a while and the best part is they don't have limits. Just make sure to get a decent supplier and you good to go.

1. whatever you do, do not use VCC - wont work, go to your bank and see what options they have if you have a business
2. yes - will need lot of accounts
3. not sure what JS forwarding is?

I'm doing WH offer's with bunch of verified BM's but takes forever to scale. Can you recommend good agency suppliers ?
Would make my life a bit easier.
