Anyone have experience on this issue. I live on the Country which ad breaks not yet available What if you have a Relative residing on the country that is accepted by adbreaks so you make him admin so you are now both admin on this page will the page will get it's eligibity to monetize? anyone

but how is the payment you need bank account on that specific country right?

Their is plenty of online bank account available who can accept ACH payment from company.
