It’s not an update, more like a wave of stricter enforcement. Meta runs periodic sweeps where many accounts or BMs get flagged at once. If everything is compliant, the only option is to appeal and wait it’s a system-wide tightening, not just you.
These “sprees” happen from time to time when Meta adjusts its review filters.

there's nothing wrong tho, didn't even touch and got sus'd
 
this happen in every social media channel they usually let these accounts run until a new major update come and will ban at once everyone who break or seem to break the rules.... you should only act normal like any normal person not overdoing any actions
 
The problem lies in the quality of users' BMs that are not guaranteed and have not been verified or have a spending history, so when campaigns are rejected too much due to policy violations, BMs will also be limited due to FB's review process.

That's because FB is scanning BM, so BMs are easily restricted. For BMs that do not violate anything but are still restricted, you can appeal and wait for the results from FB.

It’s not really a new update, Meta is just tightening risk controls. They’re flagging BMs with shared cards or unusual spend patterns, so best to keep setups clean and scale more gradually.
 
Recently I have also seen a lot of BM being collected, probably because of some changes from Facebook. I am also building more accounts to test so I am very interested in this issue.
 
it's just a monthly FB activity, usually the 2nd week of the month. I'm too familiar with it to not react to it lol
 
The safest way to minimize the risk of being banned by Facebook is to act like a normal user. When the platform is unstable, like it is now, the best strategy is to take a step back and wait.
