This type of account exists but not much for you to find easily, try contacting the agents on the market
 
You can describe more clearly the type of account you are looking for, or you can look to social networks to find agents providing accounts.

that type of account is quite rare now because it is very risky when the account is banned, you will not be able to recover the remaining balance in the account
 
Very few dealers can provide, only really reputable dealers can provide
 
You can go to the "want to buy" section, there will be many dealers for you to refer to and choose from.
 
Try your luck with the possible account sellers on the Marketplace section perhaps? Otherwise yeah, post on the Want to Buy section. Be mindful though, caveat emptor and all that.
 
I’ve gotten accounts with credit lines from a few different sellers. Be mindful though, FB likes to crack down on new accounts. Start slow and scale up.
