Visit the ''Account Quality'' section in ads manager to start your appeal. And you need to wait about 24 - 48 hours for it to be resolved.
If after 48 hours the ad account is not unlocked, you can replace it with a new account. Because the appeal may be suspended or FB will not resolve your issue.
Im in this same situation where do i find a trusted fb ad account I can use today? And a user that will respond today please.

In most cases, If an account is disabled it will need a review, also known as an " appeal ". In case it is not approved, you will have to replace the entire thing

There are 3 things you can do:
1. Find where's the problem made your acc died (probably "Account quality" will help).
2. Make a request review and follow the instructions. (You can do that more easily by using identity verified account).
3. Just buy and use another account so your business won't be interrupted.
