FB ad account disabled - question!

Hey y'all,

Soooo I woke up to my FB ad account being disabled. Unsure why, maybe cuz some ads were not approved, but seriously IDK. The most recent ones all been approved.

In order to have my account re evaluated that want me to verify my identity, so far so good, but for that they want to send a verification code to my phone. I have been trying everything, but the damn code won't come through! I have tried so much I was blocked for 72 hours.

Ban was lifted, tried again, nothing. Unfortunately they don't give you an option to send the verification code to your email instead. It's my main phone number, not some VOIP number, everything is legit, idk why I can't get the damn code.


But with no code, no verification --> no way to have them take another look at my ad account.


Anyone experiences this issue before? Any ideas of what I could try?

If they let you choose to put a different number, i would go for my friend's number, and try that. if it isn't an option not sure there are many things left to do.

Any legit sites to check this? I mean..its more about the phone number I guess.

IDK what is happening with me here, I have lost my password and when I reset it using email, I am not getting email from them. I really getting fed up with this since morning. I need to run ads for my client and I am just wasting my energy somewhere else. Really pathetic!!
