FB Ad account disabled just for changing thumbnails LOL

So, I was changing thumbnails to see which one looks good and it completely went out of my mind that FB nowadays do NOT like the Red Border lol. I put that and bam disabled.

Is there any way I can remove the card associated with this disabled account? They just want me to upload my ID to re-instate the ad account which I won't do. Can I use the same card in other FB ad account but with different info ?

if you have access on payment method area then remove the card and link it to other accounts

There is no remove button in the ads manager and business manager. This is the confusing part.

You should use different cards and different identity devices too in order to stay away from ban hammer.

FB profile NOT banned. Just two ad accounts got banned.
