fb ad account disabled for uploading scraped real emails list as custom audience???

Question about custom audiences: Has anyone uploaded an email list to facebook that they downloaded or purchased?


Wondering if facebook bans accounts for this. I have a list of 80K emails (not @facebook.com emails, real emails) that I got from a user here on BHW and want to target ads to them, but don't want my account to be banned.


Anyone heard if facebook bans for this?

I heard from 1 guy who tried to use it. Not sure if his account will gone or still available.

Im not sure that you can target them from custom audiences why dont you try to reach them via email that cost efficient too.

I am using a specific strategy that involves scraped email lists as custom audiences in fb ads. But this is a white hat account that I do not want to get banned so I want to be careful if uploading scraped email lists is getting accounts banned.


Anyone know??
