current account appeal issue is quite easy :
- use facebook profile which is active regularly
- use your own personal information card and appeal

I don't understand the question. Do you have a locked account?
 
FB is mass scanning, can you restore them, this is an interesting request, there are a lot of people looking for it. If you can help us appeal to get our accounts back, that would be great.
 
Appealing sometimes works, Just launch on multiple ad accounts so you're always running that way.
