Fb ad account and payment method

Wondering, does the payment issued card have to match account location (IP address location) while adding payment method?

Example i Live in EU and add USA card, that's why it can think that it is fraud and send unusual activity notification? Or this does not matter at all?

It matters a lot as soon you will attach the card facbeook will pause the account and ask you for verification .

So that's the reason why they pause it? If i would add the same country issued card this wouldn't happen?

Yeah Same country card wont be a problem
