FB Account Recovery Stuck on Security Steps screen with Long codes - Help Needed

I was trying to recover my Facebook account for almost a week, but I was stuck on that security page. It's showing a bunch of long random codes.

I've been using this FB since 2017. The account was blocked, and it's asking me to submit my KYC. I submitted. After submitted i stuck on this.

Those long random codes are usually the checkpoint page not loading/rendering right, not something you need to decode. Try clean browser, no extensions, or FB app on a real phone and same IP if possible. Like @Invictus said real iphones are cleaner for FB, but since you already sent KYC don’t keep resubmitting from 5 devices/networks... that can make the review loop worse. Wait a day or two, then open from mobile app and see if it pushes you past the security page.

Yeah those codes are basically the checkpoint page dumping raw content cause the js/css didnt load, its not a captcha or anything you decode. @PPCPirate already nailed the clean browser thing so wont repeat that.

One thing nobody mentioned... after you submit ID, facebook stops showing progress on that same security screen most of the time. Dont judge it by that page. Go check your support inbox directly at facebook.com/support/ or the account status page, thats usually where the actual verdict shows up, not the loop screen youre stuck on.

Also since 2017 account, the ID reviews can just sit for days sometimes weeks, especially after a block. Resubmitting resets the queue so leave it alone once its in. Try loading it in desktop mode / incognito once, if it still garbles then its server side and waiting is really the only move.

fb recovery flow is broken for tons of ppl rn, seen this exact screen posted like 10 times this week.
give it a few more days, sometimes it just unsticks itself after kyc review

So it's probably just the page not loading right. I already cleaned the Browser & mobile app. I'm using the same IP. The FB account in my Android phone's Facebook app is being used. I will wait 1-2 days before trying again. Fingers crossed it pushes through.

Those security codes are part of Facebook's verification process. Try logging in from a previously used device/IP, wait 24–48 hours if you've made multiple attempts, and use the official recovery process. If it keeps looping, it's likely a Facebook security issue that only their verification flow can resolve.

Yeah it will probably get fixed by itself. Otherwise you can also contact Meta's support.

You'll just have to wait a day or two and then try again; this is due to a website error in data transmission.

it's quite strange for me. I think it maybe an error of Facebook, you can try to log in on one another device.
