FB account locked. Need some help

Hello guys,

I created a new fb account for my shop, and created a page on it, to manage my ads.

One week ago, fb decided to unpublish my page. I made appeal of the decision, and my page was published back in half of a day.

But now, fb decide to lock my account, and asked me to send them a picture of me.

So that's what I did.

It's been 3 days now....!! I'm loosing ton of traffic due to this sh*t !!

I dont have any answer of them.

I would like to send them a mail with my ID photo, but I cannot find any ways to do it, since when I try to log myself, it says that they are reviewing the first picture I sent.

Does anyone has a mail // link where i can reach support? I cant find infos about it anywhere...

Also, is there a risk if I try to make a new account, or that i create a page + business account with my personnal account which is around 10 years old now.

It usually takes 2 weeks to approve locked accounts, Albert. Google Facebook appeals, they have a link in one of the comments. :)
 
Few days ago I did read somewhere that Facebook is going to be strict and remove/suspend fake or duplicate accounts.

Perhaps your account got caught into that. I am advised by other marketers to use face image in display picture to stay "safe".
 
Yeah mate it sux super bad. They usually take about 48-72hrs. They should re instate it. If your accounts brand new, you gotta let it age, do some regular posting set shit up let it age. Then test the waters. Another person recommended to keep nagging till you get it back. Lol.
Worse case find another account or drop FB altogether.
 
If you have a totally new account and someone reports you to FB, then it is most likely the company will lock or ban your account quickly. There is a large number of fake accounts on Facebook, and the company often blocks them by default. However, you should contact Facebook directly and explain your situation. If they realize your account is real, they will probably unlock it soon.

Still no reactivation for now... If you say that it's around 2 weeks, then i guess that i'll have to wait....*

I tried to make an appeal, but when i wanna send my message + ID picture, it says the my mail adress does not correspond to a desactivated account...

FB is really bs!

I sent messages from my personnal account, but it looks like the guys answering dont even read what i write.
Jesus....

Just made a new page from my personnal account. Run some ads on it. Until i get banned again i guess. Roflmao
 
happened to my fb account before this usually take a week minimum they will restore your account and did you submit same photo which you have applied on facebook's dp?
 
Same thing happened to me. They completely disabled my REAL personal account that I have spent over $500k in advertising with them in the last 3 years. It has completely put a hold on all of my business activities and I have no idea what to do. I have appealed the block and have not had a response for the last week. I'm feeling completely screwed. After writing this, I went back to Facebook and the Appeal Button is now completely gone. I guess I'm just out of luck. Anyone ever had this happen?

just wait and resubmit your profile photo which has been set up.
 
Sometimes it ask a phone number And when you provide it it, then a photo, and no matter which photo you try to upload it doesnt not accept it !
With the link help/contact/319547548123767 we just had to fill the name of the account...
