If your account has a gmail link, reset your password. But you can't get your account back, if the hacker changes the email
 
Seems only way to try to get it back is through https://www.facebook . com/hacked

Have never used or gone through it, but facebook would be the only ones that could recover it. I'm sure they'll ask for a bunch of verification info.

Please double check if that account is still associated with your gmail or phone number. Then confirm receipt of the code and change all information of the external attacker.
 
please check all information such as gmail, phone number, login history with your fb, and if correct gmail, phone number then you can get it back
 
If your email and phone number has been changed by the hacker, you can go to FB's hacked page and answer the questions to regain access to your account. You may need to verify your identity by providing photo ID or answering some security questions. There could be chances that you can get your account back.
 
If your account has been hacked, you can't get it back when the bad guy has changed your gmail. You turn on the 2nd level password of the account. Please use a new account and turn on the security features to be safe

you do a lot of quick fire 3/5 word posts - try engaging
with a few extra words, its not difficult
 
please replace new account and change your own gmail , add level 2 password , absolutely safe
 
Can you still log in to hotmail and email? if you can login them i think you can still get your account back but when you lose your email i think it's very hard for you to get it back
 
If your email and phone number is changed, go for fb support to get it back.
 
You should add 2 step verification. This will secure your account when someone tries to access it.
When user log in to new device then he needs to complete the 2 step verification. First, is to input the correct password and 2nd is to input either OTP or Authenticator code.
 
I just got an email announcing that someone is trying to reset my password @@ luckily I verify to my email and phone number
Even so, you still need to change your email password every 6 months and set up a backup email for the main email
