FB account flag after I add payment? :(

so a friend of mine gave me some accounts, very old accounts.
I log into them fine & they look very good, but they dont have alot of friends

I created a page & tried to boost, when i added my CC it gets flagged

so my question is, do i need to warm them more?
or is it my payment method that is flagging them?

any info is helpful, thanks

Normal thing for FB, you need to warm up those accounts, makes few posts etc.

whats the average length to warm up? 1 month
