what types of methods do people typically use when creating mass accounts?
vpns?
scraped proxies?
bought proxies?

i heard you can make 3 accounts per an ip
if they are pva accounts can you make unlimited from a single ip?

Can someone shed some light thanks

I don't know any methods for working with a mass of accounts.
Personally I own some fake FB accounts and I access them using Tunnerbear and Incognito mod.
Hope that helped.

No even Phone Verified account you cnt able to make more then 3 account in same IP.Buy any proxies ,then change each and every day with different county with different IP, But each and every time you have to clear all cookies and clear your history
