Well, first of all i guess you would narrow it down to your niche.
Youll have higher follow back rate if you follow people who may already be interested in the topic of your account.

sorry i meant source as in: hashtag search, followers of an acc etc not the type of users to follow

dead serious whats the big issue? if i follow followers from an account they seem to be from third world countrys, hashtag users seem to be worldwide
